These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website growingpies.ai and the services offered by Growing Pies LLC ("Growing Pies," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Growing Pies provides SEO consulting, AI visibility analysis, and growth strategy services. Our current product offerings include:

  • AI Visibility Analysis ($99): A report analyzing how your brand appears across AI-powered search platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.), including competitor benchmarking and actionable recommendations.
  • Platform SEO Opportunity Map ($299): A focused diagnostic including page-system mapping, competitor gaps, technical blockers, AI visibility, and a prioritized 90-day plan delivered within 48 hours of receiving all required information.
  • Ongoing SEO and growth consulting: Custom engagements scoped on a per-client basis.

2. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the specified amount to your payment method.

Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect orders already placed.

3. Delivery

After your order is confirmed, we will begin work on your deliverable. We aim to deliver:

  • AI Visibility Analysis: within 5 business days
  • Platform SEO Opportunity Map: within 48 hours of receiving all required information from you

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of your request and the timeliness of information you provide.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work:

  • Platform SEO Opportunity Map: Money-back guarantee. If the map does not reveal at least one platform SEO opportunity you have not previously considered, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at vojin@growingpies.ai within 14 days of delivery.
  • AI Visibility Analysis: If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the report, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
  • Ongoing consulting engagements: Refund terms are specified in individual service agreements.

5. Your Responsibilities

To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business, website, and goals
  • Respond to information requests in a timely manner
  • Grant any necessary access to tools or platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) when required for the engagement

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content on the Growing Pies website -including text, graphics, logos, images, and software -is the property of Growing Pies LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without written permission.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, you receive a license to use the deliverables (audit reports, analysis documents, strategy plans) for your internal business purposes. You may share them within your organization. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish our deliverables without written permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of any information, data, or content you provide to us. By sharing it, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the services you purchased.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your business data, audit results, or strategic information with third parties, except as necessary to deliver our services (as described in our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services provide analysis, recommendations, and strategic guidance. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, rankings, traffic increases, or revenue results. SEO and digital marketing involve many variables outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Growing Pies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we strive to deliver high-quality work, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of our analyses, or the suitability of our recommendations for your specific situation.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growing Pies LLC, its officers, and its contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website at our discretion, particularly in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms. For ongoing consulting engagements, termination terms are specified in individual service agreements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of King County, Washington.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
